KarriereLotse is a platform that helps students, graduates and career changers plan their next step. By analysing interests, skills and the local job landscape it suggests apprenticeships, study paths, career fields and companies. AI models keep recommendations relevant so users can make informed decisions about their professional future.
KarriereLotse blends interest analysis, regional training data and coach recommendations in a single surface. Teens explore pathways while coaches instantly see where to go deeper.
Co-created with schools and the City of Leverkusen – optimised for tablets and shared devices.
