INQA coaching is a funding programme for small and medium-sized companies that pays for guided change inside the business - in our case around AI and digital processes. Eligible are SMEs that meet the programme's size and track-record criteria; the pre-check takes a few minutes.

Data privacy is part of the setup from day one: data minimization, clear responsibilities, suitable provider/hosting choices, and technical controls such as access rights, logging, and encryption. When needed, we also support documentation and alignment with privacy/IT teams.
