Johannes Schuldt
Founder and CEO
Johannes founded SODEFA – the Software Development Factory – in 2010. We started with custom software: understanding processes and building tools that help people in their daily work.
This work also led to our own AI platform, Teampilot. Building it and researching AI broadened our perspective. Today, we combine AI strategy and consulting with technical implementation. We continue to develop software and support the people who use it.
